WTF is this new hack?

Someone on Venice named Simozs is using some sort of hack to tell me precisely what items I have on which is impossible since I don't use any bots or tracking programs or anything. In fact, one item I just bought a few days ago and nobody knows about it, even ppl who saw my set on this site but he knew exactly what it was (and I didn't buy it from him)
So there's some sort of weird hack letting him view what I have on and it's pissing me off cuz he claims he hacked my account and will take all my items if I don't give him 2 mil. lmao, 2 mil to stop him from taking...well 2 mil in gold from me plus my 100 mil set lol.
His accomplice Balsheuin was supposed to be playing the part of "the last person he hacked and now he won't leave him alone" lol. But I pissed him off enough I think he gave that up lol. Now he's just swearing at me and cowering in fear of my ś¢áááááárŷ kèŷbøárđ ĺáŷøµ† møđ lol. Ooooh frightening. I told him I can and will steal both their accounts and now they're leaving me alone

scammers r funny.
But anyway, wtf is this new hack and what can it all do and how does it work?

You have a sosun head, som chest, and the rest are sos except boots, all of them are +3 except the pants and you have +7 boots. Your using a 38+5 spear. Hax?

Anyway I know there's a site out there that lets you view anyone's stuff but I heard you have to download and install a program that watched everything you do in order to be in their database. So....how does Ell and that other **** in game know what I have? If Joymax was getting external reads to their master database for the game, they could put a stop to that real fast. Seriously, database security is like easy as hell. You just set the permissions correctly and...that's about it (well a few more things too lol) So anyone care to explain how it's happening?

rev6 made a bot that afk's in town and reads all the packets sent to it like, player spawned at XXX:YYY, items ur wearing, stats of the items.
server sends those packets to all in the vicinity of that player so if they pvp u wont do 10k dmg to a guy wearing sosun+7 chest. thats how u can see how many + are on a person's weap, cloth, etc..

its not an exploit to say since that stuff they get is being sent to us all when we spawn in town, stall, "get stuck on pots dealer"

I dunno about that. All U need to know in game is what item to draw when you seem them so it's like "draw 5D garment top male" on them. And if I never stalled one of the items, wouldn't nobody have ever received the data? It might transmit what I have when I fight someone so it knows how to calculate damage but if the client did the damage calculation, there would be hacks to hit 999999 in no time so I'm very sure the server does that. So I still don't see how they got the info.
