You have played half way through and you think that you don't like your build and is thinking about starting over?
There are many new players who have no idea about Int/Str points distribution, they don't know what difference will it make if they put 1 points in Str or Int until they got to their higher lvl. and they start to think that their character is dealing not enough damage or die too easily.
We have also been reading alot about pure builds. Most biginners who came here start to think that they should build a pure breed rather than carry on with their current Hybrid.
I want to assure the Hybrids that your Hybrid IS NOT WEAK. As a matter of fact, they are one of the best in SRO. You survive longer than a pure Int and you deal more damage than a Pure Str. There are many experienced players out there who would prefer a Hybrid over a pure build.
So, how do i steer my build without starting over?
For players who has no idea how many points you have placed in your Str/Int, don't worry too much about that. All you need to do now is pick a build that you really want and go that direction. Unless you want a pure build, then you have to start again.
Btw, its not good to go Pure Int Bow.
What to do when you want to change your build.

if you are not sure what you put your points in, go to the char builder [the
bobtheveg one] and adjust your level and statpoints till you got it the same as
yours. there. you know. that will also show you your current balance.

i just heard in a thread that they can be fun in pve and that they can
own with the right gear like any other build. on avarage they just not that
good at pvp.
last thing i have to say to promote starting a new is the fact that you can be
rich enough to sponsor a new char to levelup quickly. that means above
avarage gears, maybe sox and decent farming gear. eventually you will
have more fun with it and probably pass the level you wouldve gotten to
with your first char.

This is my unstoppable INT hybrid S/S at 80. Add 1200HP to it for the 400HP blues on head, chest, and leg.
