i got a problem pls help

i finished downloading sro and when i patch it goes to like 10 or 13 % and then it says some error with code 4 and it tells me try again..

it hapend 3 times. why cant i patch? pls help me..

i downloaded the manual patch from the sro web site and it dosent work for me cuze i got the 1.059 ver is this link is same as in the sro web site?
