?????? error caused by PK2 mod?

ok here's the details
I changed my 5th armour to 8th degree clothes, (replace all)
and then i changed 5th degree spear to 8th degree spear (replace all)
can anyone tell me why im getting the ????? error everytime i log in

heavy =/= clothes, you messed up the size of the file... if you are gonna change Armor for Garment, change at least another set of garment to armor. To keep the same size.
