game balance system!

one day i wanted to know more about the game.. so i clicked h and started to read about the skills.. i don't remember exactly what they wrote but i remember they said: u better learn 2 skills and be expert on em other wise u will be weak because of game balance system... did anyone read that?
and what is the game balance system?
my friend told me he was using blade .. then he changed to bow and he didn't remove the blade skills, and then tryed to play with blade another time and his hit was weaker.. was it from the silly game balance?

lol him?! I want to kill all bots no matter what the cost just cuz I hate em so much. You know that lol.
Also I know what you're talking about with the game balance thing and it's all BS. You can be an int sword user and not be a "completely useless character" like some ppl claim. In fact, I'm a pure int spear user with 3000 HP at lvl 40 and I'm a nuker with full weapon skills so what ya gotta say about that, you cookie cutter str noobs?

[the total sum of mastery level]

there is no limit to learning any masteries but to the total sum of mastery level so the more kinds of mastery, the less level of mastery.
so it's recommendable not to learn many things at same time but to focus on being expert at 2 kinds of mastery.

they probably are saying it for 150 level cap (150*2=300) cuz i don't see why wouldnt we take more than 2 masteries now
