There are more varieties besides the Irish coffee with Scotch.
But as long as you don't put sugar or milk/cream in your coffee I won't complain.

I like my coffee to be like a light tan color...yes that's a good bit of cream/milk. And I put at least one a a half teaspoons of sugar.
