A free recording program that works as good as Fraps

Hey does anyone know of a free recording program that works as good as Fraps except doesn't cost anything?

I got full fraps for free just use limeware or bearshare and look it up T_T

Heard gamecam was ok .. but you get that gay logo at the bottom. Best thing is to 'buy' fraps.

I haven't encoutered any problems with fraps.
Altough I don't use it that often.

you cant get fraps for "free" if you got the demo first.

leaves a registry key license thing behind, and its a b*tch getting it out.
