Dood, there is NO best build in sro[period]
It depends on what you want to do in sro. =]

Pure INT - does max damage
Pure STR - tank the shit out of everything. =] (me)

they're both good for pvp if you know how to use them
But it depends what you want to do in the game
if you want to speed through the game and level everythign fast be pure INT
If you want to own in trade runs be pure str.
