I have silkroad installed on new pc and it lags like crazy and i'm only using 10% cpu and have 2gb of ram. What could be the prob?

try changing around the in game options, under the games Options menu.
It may improve if you were to turn down some of the higher set grahpical
options

My settings are on the lowest possible. And my pc would be able to take high graphics.

Ensure your game resolution is smaller than your desktop resolution.

well I can afford wow but I think the game sux, i have guild wars 3 chapter and a pretty nice account, but I play sro instead.

maybe some game seem better but sro gameplay is very nice, quality and service might not be but the game concept is nice.

well with better hardware than mine (I assume) you shouldn't have a problem running the game on that comp so I'll have to blame Vista. I heard DX 9 games like SRO have a serious problem running on Vista's stupid made for DX 10 environment. I say put XP on it lol. Otherwise tell Vista's stuff to stop messing with it and stuff....iunno much about Vista cuz I'm not stupid enough to put it on my comp but I'm sure it tries to scan and control and limit every program so like tell it not to if U can

and run the test without SRO running and see what you get. If it's under about 300-500 kbps, your connection is too shitty to play SRO and you should switch to Road Runner you rich bastard
