About 90 cap and pure int skills....pls help me

Hey i have few question about 90 cap and my pure int


does any e one have an idea of around when its coming out?
how do people know about 90 cap like i here people saying that bow will have knockback and stun?
Im aslo wandering whats the stuff bout ice is for pure int? is it worth it cuz im gonn ahave bad dmg with out fire right? and i need light for buffs so should i drop fire while i can or keep it?

Ice buff (mana shield) transfers part of the dmg to your MP bar, so you have "more" HP, you can resist more time and don't die as easy.

Ice imbue if your using weapon skills, Ints deal enough dmg and without immunity ice effects rule After your mana shield goes down you can get 1hit ko:ed(~12-18k crits) curse of pure ints xD
