Silkroad wont WORK!!!!!

So this is my sytem specs

Operating System: Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 4
System Model: DIM2100
Processor: Intel Celeron processor, ~900MHz
Memory: 254MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

Whats wrong i get the ????????????????? message i have read other forums and tried alot of things but nothing works...help!!!!!!????

what graphics card to you have.

Start->Run-> type "dxdiag" -> let it check your pc -> go to display tab and
tell us your graphix card type. might be the drivers.
