The only reason Spiderman made so much is because of good advertising, I'll give em that but.. money earned /= quality of the movie.
Sequels of sequels always suck, for that matter every comic book "remake" I've ever seen has sucked. Comic books were meant to be drawn on pages for you to elaborate with your imagination... not for some jerkoff producer to take advantage of with shitty drama scenes and poor actors.. imo anyway..

the Spider-man movies have always been some of the better Super Hero movies imo. I thought that Spiderman 2 was a fantastic movie and far out did the first one. I think that while spider-man 3 wasn't as good as Spider-man 2 if you compare it to other super hero moives its stands as a pretty good one. I don't want to a theater and sit thought non-stop action (the Hulk) and i don't want a shitty story as excuse for action (x-men 1,3 superman returns, Batman and Robin) I'd like to see a good amount of plot, character development and action/humor mixed in. I think most people (including me) went to see spiderman 3 and expected like non-stop 3 villains beating the shit out of spidey, Venom kicking ass and taking numbers, and EXPLOSIONS GALORE!!!. But it wasn't it was an actually movie. So hate it or love it the Spider-man Trilogy is the best of the super hero moives, except Batman 1,2,5.....the one with riccler/twoface and mr.freeze/poison ivy don't count

I thought his acting fit the character....this incarnation of brock was more insecure that othe rincarnations which made his downfall seems more believeable. Or would you rather have seem Vin Diesal with hair just finding the suit and instead of just beating up parker start angsting like a little brat then just go nuts and try to kill spider-man....i didn't think so
@Rockshmo they don't count cause they weren't Directed by Tim Burton and because of that they ended up horrible -_-. The 5th one (batman Begins) while not directed by Burton restored the franchise and was pretty damn good imo. Just try watching Batman & Robin without makeing weird faces of disgust/outrage/dumbfoundedness
its like that but weirder

Whenever I saw Venom the only thing on my mind was Eric Forman.
