the game keeps getting shittier and shittier, and there seems to be no hope for improvement.

im pretty much done with all video games, i am focussing on my life, moving into my condo, gettin a new position at work, and all that jazz.

yeah i quit sro long time ago,

i still play it like 2 hours every 2 months , so account dont get deleted if i ever wanna come back when it gets better.

i play gw, soldier front, americas army, unreal tournament, and wow now

its pretty fun. u should try unreal tournament

I don't understand how "having a life" and playing SRO are mutually exclusive. I've got a job and a family and I play SRO maybe 10-15 hours a week, in the evenings, after my family goes to bed. I don't watch television, except football, and I read books for about an hour after SRO and before sleeping. Am I somehow unbalanced by virtue of my playing SRO?

Or is it that some people get so obsessed about an MMO that they don't bathe, study, date, etc, in order to play this game? If that's the case, I think the problem isn't solved by quitting SRO. Chances are that person will simply apply their OCD tendencies to collecting Beanie Babies or whatever, instead of playing video games.

Sorry you're leaving PsYch. I've enjoyed your posts. There are lots of people who "have a life" and enjoy SRO. I hope that you find that balance as well and return to the game.
