psych's condo (an update)

well, its pretty much final now. my loan is in the final stages, and escrow is closing very soon, my condo is almost mine! i should be moving in in about 8 days ! i am so excited to not be paying rent anymore. Rent is such a Farking waste of money. now i will have a 165,000 dollar loan to re-pay, but it is worth it.

once i move in i will take pics for ya'll.
