u might ask why cold nuker

cap is going to be 300 for masteries
90-wpn skills (KD and Stabs for PVP)
90- ICE PHYS def (Nukers need that)
90 - lighting for NUKES

s/s im going same build as you wrote. On oasis started new life xD btw do you take both imbues i took. And other 30 masterys diceded to put in heuksal for litle boost of hp
