New server : Where to farm?

Hello all .
I will make a new char in the last server soon.
But , i restart from 0 , with out gold so it's hard to farm at the lvl 16.
So my question is , when to farm ?
I think at 64+ to have SoSun drop...but i need comment , and maybe a better solution.

farm at 64
