At the same npc you buy the normal one, difference = the looks. GDF is from an event, you will need to get it from the event, or from another player who got one from the event.

You will have to wait for the next event. They said there is gonna be a compensation event after they have banned all the bots. So wait for next event and hope to get lucky, or buy one from someone ingame.
and the devil suit cost 1m from NPC and the other one cost 10k.
