I've seen someone ride one, then I've seen lots of them in stalls.
Where do you get them? Do they drop? Event? Quest?

I think rudolphs are only used by low lvls to get to where the high lvls will powerlvl them. Those are the only ones I see riding them. And to the guy that said they are 1m+, I saw 4 for sale for 450k each in Hotan on the Rome server just this morning.

In Olympus its like 500k for 1, sometimes you get a noob seeling for 15k, i bought 4 for 100k one day, right now i have 20. I used one to go exploring too all the places and to watch LY fight XD

Rudolphs are from the Xmas event and are usually just used for kicks. In Alps they range from 100-500k now.

I've collected about 190 of them so far. I'm just doing a small bet. Hoping they don't have Rudolphs as prizes in next years Xmas so I can make a killing selling them to all the christmas spirited people who are rich enough to afford my 1 million gold Reindeers. =D
