Im confused about lv 90 skills for ice and fire

so ive heard lots of interesting things about the update to come with the 90 cape. I am slightly confused on three things. Firstly, when the ice book is increased with new skills what does this new buff do? secondly, when the fire book is updated, i have heard that the fire shield buff will no longer be a percentage reduction of your status effect. Last but not lest, i read something about how JM is going to make it so you cant have 100% immunity from ice anymore thanks in advance

the new ice buff is ice shield ( not sure about name). mostly beneficial to nukers, it takes certain % of the damage u receive and takes it from your mana rather then hp. a mana shield of sorts. well the fire shield in isro is set up the same way as ksro rightnow, although im not 100%. immunity is easily achieved cause its a % right now and u can get teh 100% needed from alchemy ( up to 80%). only way immunity will be difficult to achieve would be if fire shield was changed to a stat reduction number rather then a % (i believe this is the case in jsro). they can change that anytime i dont think it has anything to do with 90 cap

Err..sorry, but it is GRAMMAR not GRAMMER.

And after all,grammar is grammar, spelling is spelling, I can understand when somebody miss-spells something, but when Im talk like this Im dont understadning what somebody are say.

will the ice shield be permanent like a buff or only lasts like 15 secs like shield technique of bicheon or fan storm of heuksal tree?
