there was a little tut posted 1 thread ago.
simply, what you do is select the whole car body above the wheels and
move it down.
only thingy is that you miss part of the background after that which you
will have to repair. other option is put it on a different background. if you
done lowering and need more help, post a pic of the car and i will look into
it tomorrow. 3.30 now so id better get some sleep. gnight

Maybe?
If you can find a better picture, I would love to see an 02/03/04 mustang pimped out.
I may even try it.

^Thanks 0l3n!
Gone. Never really gone, but never really here.

nice job!
you kept the reflections on it nicely.
i noticed 4 little details to work on (not bringing
it down, just saying it so you can fix it and itll be
even better
)
*front left, the front skirt has no thickness
*top air intake could be a bit rounder
*the air outlet behind the front wheel is good. i only
suggest you make the side behind that a bit wider,
which would make the outlet somewhat more realistic
*i would have put different rims on it.
and a little tut to make the carbon look a little shinier:

thats it
keep em coming
edit: and i
mustangs too

I fixed the thickness and cleaned it up, I took another look at it and i saw what you meant when you said the air intake didnt look too realistic- so i changed it. the rims can stay because i cant find ones that fit well with the car style.
And finally, I did the hood mod myself, no tutorials - infact i didnt use any tutorials at all. I created my own texture, turned the hood to black and white and adjusted the colors until it looked right ^^ - also notice the carbon fiber spoiler which is now larger as well
