How do you Merge like items on diff inventory panels?

Hi Folks!

Hope we all get SoSun weapons today!!

Here's my question:

I have some potions (that can't be dropped) in my main (1st) inventory panel and a couple of the same ones in the expanded (2nd) inventory panel.

How can I merge the 2 groups of potions so they only take up 1 slot?

I know if they were on the same panel you can simply place one group on top of the other. I know you can separate groups of items in a slot by pressing the shift key and selecting the item, but how do you merge 2 sets together when they are in different panels?

click pots -> click inventory TAB 2 (the tab thingy to go to 2) -> click on other pots
