Blair's 16 Million Reserve Hot Sauce
Heat index = 16 mill scoville units
That's it. The race is over. It's chemically impossible to get any hotter ! Not really a sauce, but worthy of inclusion.
What you will find inside the Famous Reserve bottle is amazing, a 1ml pharmaceutical grade vial filled with this Pure Capsaicin Crystal.--No more than 999 Bottles will be offered!
Smack My A$$ and Call Me Sally ... The Slap Heard Around the World **
Heat Index = 700,000 Scoville units
This is the hottest condiment on earth. Unlike the extracts above, this sauce is a condiment. Tijuana Flats mixed the best tasting ingredients with capsaicin (the ingredient used in police pepper spray) to make the hottest/greatest tasting sauce on earth. This sauce was designed for people who think they can handle any sauce.
The "extract" I posted as 16 mill units of heat is just that, a pure extract so not a sauce ^.^
I make my own hot pepper sauce. I can not eat meat without it at all.
Hot Thai peppers (chop fine)
lime juice (depends on how sour you like, I like just a hint of lime)
salt (just a pinch or two)
water (just a tablespoon or so)
fish sauce (exclude if you do not like the taste, just add more salt)
cilantro (chop as you like)
green onions (chop as like)
cherry tomatoes (roasted if you can, chop as like)
Mix and eat (marinate stake in it!)
When I am lazy, I just ground some thai peppers with salt and little water.
Heh I knew somebody would come out with the heavy hitters. I don't do that stuff I'm too much of a whimp. If it makes my tongue burn for longer than like 5 mins I'ma start gettin pissed off. Especially when it still burns after stuffing bread and milk down my throat.

Hot sauce needs to be hot AND have flavor to be good. Best hot sauce ever in my opinion is made at Redbones BBQ ( http://www.redbones.com/ ) which also happens to be one of the best BBQ places in the Boston area. Five minute walk from my house ftw.

"For over forty years, Encona Hot Pepper Sauce has been prepared in the Carribean using only freshly picked Scotch Bonnet and Habanaero peppers, combined with locally blended island spices."
I LOVE Jalapenos too
