Im on my KNEES!!begging for help anybody

hey im new to silkroad.. never played it.. so heres my problem.. i click on silkroad and sometimes nothing pops up and then sometimes the launcher does pop up but then goes away a sec later.. they is no start button and it doenst try to update anything.. they isnt any server inspection like most u people have been getting.. it just doesnt work.. ive even try the help off of the server inspection post and still nothing... plz can someone help
