I can help with math, programming

sweet....i have totally no idea what im doing in math....im in Acc Alegbra 2/Trig...were onto the trig part now....

i dont understand when i get a quation say like (this is an example that i making up)

2tanx-sinx=cosx
we then have to figure out what x is? i kno u have to use formulas like tanx=sinx/cosx and stuff like that to simplify it down to one variable then solve for x.....

i personally hate trig.....i dont consider trig math......there is no numbers involved in anything were doing (cept the answer) but i mean this isnt math to me.... :banghead:

edit: here is a real problem and answer

2sinx=2cos2x finally answer is x= 30,150,270

another one: 2-sin2x=4sin2x finally answer is 11.8,78.2,191.8, 258.2

any help with help me....i have a test friday and i stayed after/before skool to get help but my teacher cant teach so im still totally lost

Dude, sorry most of my trig knowledge is gone. The advices I can give you is to look at the formulas they use. All trig problems come down to replacing with formulas to solve. The problem in the text book expect you to practice the formulas of that lesson. Study their examples and you should be able to do the exercises.

And it's math alright. Not the fun kind.

Then you're doing something wrong.

There could be a set of multiples answers because these functions (e.g. cos(x)) are not 1-to-1.

Rofl, I don't really worry about that, I kind of skipped all the Flash classes rofl. Well except for 2, but I was asleep during them.
