well w/e you got ripped off and STR is always better to have max since str stones cost alot even if you make them yourself you could of made profit out of it

both INT and STR build want/need Str and it isnt cheap so its always best to buy cheap gear with str then add int since int stones are cheap even lvl 8 ones

I'd say it's pretty good, but not great. I seen a +3 sos 64 sword with int 5 str 5 12 crit and nice % on every thing exept phy reinforce for 100mil earlier.
