noob quetion regaring skill farming

i have a questin about skill farming: If the lvl of my masteries is 1 lvl lower than the lvl of my player, the skill point exp inceases. But do i get even more skill point exp if the diferente betwen my lvl and the mastery is bigger?Like for example I`m lvl 18 and the mastery is lvl 14?
Please answer I really need 2 know how the skill farming works? 10x in advance [/b]

The bigger the gap the more Skillpointexperience you get(but less exp for your lvl),but its kinda pointless to go past 9gap
