Just NO, its not the best.

Firstly its not the first +9 sosun glaive 64.

Secondly, those stats stink. ChinaRoad's glaive, while it may not be +9, will outdmg that glaive any day, anytime, anywhere. That glaive can't beat crit 17. Fighting ChinaRoad is not just fighting an extremely high dmg glaive, but a crit machine. No pun intended, he is a machine, not a person. Only time he is there, he's scamming someone. Would not be surprised he does not turn off his bot while PvPing, idiot

I would say it has the best damage: +9 and 80% Phy. Too bad on the durability reduce.

+3 = white shine
+5 = pink shine
+7 = goldish\redish shine

OMG, nice! :D

other magic % reinforce % stats need some werk though. And sure he'll whack everything he hits, but he's gonna be interrupted from grinding about every 30 mins when he'll have to port to town to repair that thing. :(
