Avatar help please!

Hello all you talented people, I envy you.

Now for my simple question...I am so bad at things like this that i can't even resize or make an image meet specifications. So! I was wondering if someone could could help me out and make an avatar out of this image.

i see you do parkour? i was thinkin of starting that myself. a german
housemate of mine joined a parkour group last week.

Yeah, I'm starting....kind of conditioning right now, some of the things they do in freerunning is crazy (wallflips, backflips, etc) but I'm trying.

Me and my friend are both into it so that's fun.
