I was in a clan on another game and a rival clan got our MSN list. They thought it funny to sign us all up to RTP sites.

I got some of the sickest stuff said to me during that time. In the end, I'd play with them, get them to make themselves look like morons, then post it for all to see.

The rest of the clan would then add them and give them abuse.

When I look around, there are hundreds of Turkish people, all with a few pictures on their profile, leaving comments to
UNDERAGED (13-17) girls. They ask for their msn (With sexual (webcam related) intentions) and leave disgusting sexually comments. Alot of people already have notes on their profiles that states: "No Turks allowed on my MSN/Yahoo/AOL." Alot of people had their msn adress on their page, but nowdays people took it off because almost ALL girls I have spoken with have dealth with Turks on their MSN, asking for them to turn on their webcam, and showing certain parts of the body. I have seen Turkish people leaving R-rated comments and requests for MSN chats at girls profiles that are 13 years old (the minimum age you need to be to become a member of the website).

Just take a look, and ask some female users about their experiences. I am sure almost every girl can give personal experiences of Turkish pervertism. http://www.vampirefreaks.com

I am mainly talking about my experiences on http://www.vampirefreaks.com , as you would have known / know if you read my first post, there are alot of so called 'RTP's looking for new users, 9/10 times under 18 and asking them for their MSN. Now those girls come on that site to make new friends. They add their new 'friend' on MSN and he puts on his cam with his d*** showing him j****** off. Or asking them to show themselves. Thats just fu**ed up.

Also I have had bad experiences with 'RTP's on SRO, but ofcourse that was in-game without pictures, without information on yourself they can read, etc. Thats less personal.

Still happens though.

If you read my post then you will notice I am not mainly talking about the Turks on SRO but about 'RTP's in general.

Again, I am not a woman and I am not playing a victim here, but some young kids with low self-esteem might do stuff against their will even if it is over the internet.

I just have seen it happen forehand and it just makes me sick. That's why I take this topic so seriously.

This isn't about people living in Turkey or with Turkish genes, this is about a specific group of people who are united by their combination of being specifically male, Turkish-speaking, lascivious, and sometimes paedophilic and/or ephebophilic.

The question was whether this is or is going to be a concern for those of us who play SRO. This is an existing problems in other places, and whether people thought there is becoming a problem here would be a significant matter to us since many iSRO players are Turkish-speaking males.

You can't simply "ignore" things that you see. Once you've seen it, you've seen it, and if someone leaves you a graphic picture of pornography in a private message, or spams you with large animated emoticons of pornography on an instant messenger, etc. it's not simply a matter of words being typed. Not all IM's allow the degree of selectivity provided by MSN, and the problem has stretched further than messaging apps and e-mail, on to websites themselves, where BBCode, HTML, CSS, and other languages make it easy for RTPs to instantaneously present graphic images of perversion. On SRO, yes, it will all be in text format, but that doesn't mean they should be granted a Home Free card.

This is troubling for young girls. Graphic salacious concepts and content aren't just being sent to grown women. Many of these men are ephebophiles and/or paedophiles - they get their kicks from girls, not adults, and paedophiles specifically target pre-pubescents. Additionally, most of these girls are indeed victims. They're not asking for it. They are not inviting it. They do not want it. Many of the girls who are harassed by RTPs do not upload pictures of themselves and do not say anything that could be interpreted as having innuendo or blatant sexual-idealism. They are targeted simply for being female, and that is clearly a trait they didn't choose in the pre-natal state.

1.) I'm not crying. This thread isn't about my personal trials and tribulations. I made it very clear that I was presenting a topic for discussion amongst SRO members, as to whether or not they think the topic of RTPs could/will/have become a "problem" on SRO in its entirety.

2.) I'm not talking about ten year olds - most "RTPs" are full grown men with paedophilic and/or ephebophilic fetishes. They are over 20yrs of age and predate the 10yr olds. XD

3.) The harassment is generally more serious and perturbing than a simple "suck mý dick". There is a multitudinous sea of quotes in this thread where both guys and girls have talked about the use of graphic visual media by RTPs.

4.) I can't fight sexual harassment as a whole, nor can I boot it off SRO - that would be declaring that I defined mores and punishment on both a global scale and across all of SRO. Again, the point of this thread was to prompt discussion as to whether RTPs could/will/have become a concern for SRO players (not to somehow annihilate them on a personal vendetta). And again, I'm not attacking Turks. Learn to read and develop more highly-advanced comprehension skills, for Christ's sake.

You've misinterpreted the point of the word "random". It doesn't mean their behaviour is erratic and occassional. It refers to their relationship with the individuals they harass - to the girls they message, they are generally "randoms", mysterious online men that they don't know. If it were to be non-random and/or local perverts, it wouldn't warrant this discussion. They are easier to identify and girls are often familiar with them at a macroworld level, so legally they're much easier to deal with and consequently the girls would be offered support by the state, rather than having to resort to support groups like my own.
