good way to prevent hacking

i posted this at the official forum thought its good here it is

i got a good way to prevent hacking its by making a secret question for changing the e-mail well think of it if he cant change the e-mail he wont change the password and u will notice that someone hacked u items and gold ,other ways but at least he cant hack ur character

but if u lost a high lvl account will u strat from the begining again ? i think i won't do that

i think its a good idea to have 2 secret answers, one for email change and another for password.
