How to join a guild?

I asked a guildleader if I could join his guild and he said yes. He logged later without telling me how to join. So how do you do it? The guild info tabs and guild rel tabs don't seem to do anything

Wait...if your seeing the tabs doesn't that mean your already in his guild? And if not, you join a guild when someone with invitational powers invites you, you get a message saying "Would you like to join so and so's guild" and if you click yes, your in the guild.

interesting; he's the guildleader, I messaged him asking if I could join, he replied yes and I never got an invite screen thanks for answering, I can't get anyone ingame chat to answer.

you join a guild by... asking someone with inviting authority to invite you by clicking on you and pressing "joining"

anyone with authority can invite you to the guild.

NOTE: if you see tabs with guild members lvls. you are part of a guild already just because you don't have a red check mark by "Join". Storage, Union. ect. it doesn't mean you are not part of the guild. it means that you don't have the authority to invite someone else to join the guild.

press "U" and u should be able to see ur status, if ur in the guild, u should be able to see ur guildmates. if not, then u need to get invited.

its normal to miss the invite yes/no, coz u may have just clicked yes without reading them. lots of people think its invite to a party

additional info, u can talk to npc guild agent to quit a guild but u need to wait 36 hrs before u can join another guild.
