Question (Union icon)

I got a question to the designers around here.

I am union and guild leader of a legit union on Oasis. We have a full union and everything is working good.

But we got a really BAD and UGLY union logo (no one can see what it is.. ) Now we want something nice and cool and that everyone can remember the icon matching to us.

My guild name is Defiance, Defiance union. Our current logo is this:

the fist is our Guild icon.

I would like something sharp.. Well surprise me

hmm.. i haven't played in so long.. i'd give it a shot but i have no clue how to make something that small, lol.

i will get on to it later tonight.. formatted some days ago
didnt install illustrator yet. on photoshop it gets all pixely >_<

it's really deviant, thats why nobody gets it, and since our guild/union is named: Defiance, it's actually the best logo we could ever have.
