1) well, there isn't one best type of cloth for a nuker
first you could look what type of mobs your figting, but since the biggest part of mobs are phy based, you should wear armour or protector,

2) There isn't a best weapon for nukers, i saw people winning with spear and i saw them with shields, but sword+shield is imo best for pvp and spear for pve

garmet is best i think for nuker and spear i like for bit more hp but sword shield has block and spear has better dmg

My personal opinion is Sword + Shield for weapon.

Adds a lot of defense and doesnt lose too much power. Knock down ROCKS.

But if u can one hit with spear, take the spear. Bear in mind u will get agro'ed.

Garment has more mag re-inforce but LOW phy defense. Armor has low phy defense or re-inforce and protect is even with both.

Take protector or a combination of protector and armor.
