What kind of application are you waiting on? I might have something laying around that'll do the job.. if not I'm sure I could find something..

*shakes head* It'd need to be something specifically coded for Silkroad, and as far as I know, this guy is the only person doing it. Basically it will allow me to import the skin files back into the PKs without messing the game up. The game needs to think the file is the exact same size as before, you see. That's no problem if your edited skins are smaller, but when they become bigger than the original file it's extremely hard to get working.

*Edit: I talked to him again today and he's promised to email them tonight. I'll wait and see...

I saw someone mention that spiderman comes default in the data.pk file or spiderman.dds. I don't see either of these files anywhere. Is there some software I need to download or something? I wouldn't mind trying out different skins.

If moogie publicly releases it, i would reccomend it isnt released to download for free, id only let people who have *AT LEAST* 40 posts and have to pm you for the link.
P.S. Make sure theyre trust-worthy enough so they dont leak it on other websites
