it means theres an inspection, you have to wait for it to finish..

check if ur internet connection is good, sometimes happens to me just repaired my wireless connection then it came up

i hve no problem with my connection
i deleted it yesterday when it was runing

Make sure your firewalls are off or not blocking the connection, my firewall always asks me to allow the SRO connection after each update...

Could be inspection time..or that GM's do that annoying surprise inspection without notice
