Do YOU think that if sum1 didnt bot that they would NOT have there char logged in to the game anyway??? stalling, AFK in town or whatever???

answer is obviously no. obvcourse they would log in. read on


for this explanation i use a made up person.

BOB 1 (boter)and BOB2 (non botter)


ok lets take "bob 1" a person who uses a bot. (made up)

Bob logs in to sro in the morning and then bots all day while he works and also when he comes home and then throughout the night. he does this everyday. he sumtimes gets DC and canot log in as he is not there. so essentualy he cannot bot 24/7 days a week. but near enough

let take "bob 2" a person who doesnt bot

Bob logs in in the morning and stalls his sos shit ect. he goes to work,school or watever. he comes home and hand grindes. he then stalls over night and does this every day.

DO U UNDERSTAND my point ?????

essentualy player bots attribute maximum 10% to server traffic "MORESO THAN IF THEY WERE LEGIT" and this is not even 24/7.

A player bot takes JUST 1 server spot just like legits and the only diff is they do a prgramm to grind and legtis dont.

You will find legits stall ALOT and bots do not.

You will also find by using a brain that legits stalling CAUSES TRAFFIC. not player bots

now... gold farming bots are a different matter. but they are not player bots so dnt blame player bots for that either.

I dnt like player bots but i find it stupid when peolpe blame them for traffic when it is "indeed yourselves staling ur gear"that causes it.

bottom line iS as i stated at the top. A legit is online nearly just as much as a player bot because u hav to include stalling and randon AFKing ASWELL AS THE TIME THEY HANDGRIND..

What confusion of ideas could have possibly lead you to believe that stalling causes MORE traffic than someone that's out grinding (bot or not)?

If you are stalling, there is not much traffic going on. Probably the only traffic that would be generated is messages back and forth telling you when people enter and leave your stall, what they buy, and what they said in your stall.

If you're hand grinding, or bot grinding, there's a LOT more traffic. Traffic for your location, movement, what skills you're using, what mob you're attacking, damage you are taking, damage you are giving to the mob, where your wolf, or pet is (if you have one), inventory changes for drops you pick up, gold you get..... you get the picture I'm sure.

Again, I don't see how an inactive player that's just holding items for sale would cause more traffic than someone who is out running around the land attacking and killing mobs (or other players) all over the map....

Maybe you're just confusing a slot on the server with traffic. No matter what kind of player is online, bot, legit, staller, afk, whatever, they will of course take up a slot. But the stallers and idle afkers won't generate near as much traffic as anyone else.

ok ive sed this many times before! botters ar not the problem! this is what we need: since there ar tons of stallers problably more the there ar boters we need somthing that we can put ar items in for sale. kindev like a storage except the things that go in will be put in for sale for other ppl to look at and buy. then u can log off while ur stuff gets sold. and that solves a good portion of the server crowded problem. what do u think?

um most botters use softmod and have multiple stalls running while they bot the ratio of botter stalls to legit stalls is about 4:1 do not complain about stallers either anyone with common since knows there are more people out of town than in town and lately the servers have been becoming populated much earlier than before
