Joymax is seriously corrupt?

Omg its like a large scale attack from the players to joymax(look at the official site forum)I think the players are right.
The game is SOOO GOOD but the service is SOOOO bad.
They banned a lot of botters but WHY THE HELL ARE THOSE SPAMMERS INSIDE THE JG, DW, AND HOTAN STILL SPAMMING THE SHIT OUT OF US ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO MISS THEM AND IT HAS BEEN REPORTED 1000 TIMES

joymax made a GREAT game but the service just ruins everything

do what I do my friend press the f12 button.

well unless im chatting with guildmates or friends or something. pressing f12 also reduces alot of lagg.
