What about De-LeveL a Mastery-Skill??? PLS HELP

hello.. i have a simple question and i hope someone could help me..
there is a repeatable quest with the cursed heards to "de-level" skills..
my question is.. can i use this to de-level a mastery skill to increase my gap for exp/sp-hunting?

in fact.. i want to decrease my mastery level from 42 to 33 to have 9-gap and starting SP-Farming.. is that possible?? please refer only if you know about that correctly..

on this topic i can read what i already know.. please read my question once again.. is that also possible for mastery-skills?? like bow mastery or the other mastery-skills..

and is the gap also increased by decreasing the mastery????

if you want to delevel a mastery, delevel the skills first.
you cannot have mastery 33 with level 37 skills.
so yes it is possible.
