Lightning Skillz = I Need Help

ok, im a level 15 Pure INT with only Level 6 of the first lightning skill, and like 150 sumthing spare SP, i was wondering if i should add any to must piercing or anything?? like.. anything at all? cuz i can kill normal tigers with my cavalry blade + lightning skill easily. like 5 hits, but still, i wonder if i can do more damage or boost it somehow or sumthin?
cuz theres like 4 or 5 available skills that i can ADD but i dunno if it would help and if they are worth it, also is it worth adding the skill +100 permanently to health or +100 permanently to MP? i dont get hit much, and wen i do.. i dont lose much.
so pretty much, is there anything i should be adding that im not?

do not purchase the second book of wind walk series 'Ghost walk phantom' unless you like wasting sp on things that cant be used much

do not purchase anything form the 'concentration' series, Parry simply doesnt work right now, get it later when we know it does

May I ask what the hell you're doing with a Blade and Lightning?
Seriously, get a spear or something so that you can actually one hit those tigers, specially when you are Pure INT.

i dont think a spear would 1-hit it at only lvl 15...i can 1 hit tigers at lvl 22 but only if i use the first fire skill + autumn wind arrow or the second pacheon skill at the same time, i could probably 2-hit blacks (havent tried) and i can definately 3 hit a white coz i was training on them earlier for skins
