You cant do that , For a KRSO acc you need to have a KOREAN VISA

That means your own ID number or your OWN Citizen number.
that is all i know.

Go to http://www.projecthax.com
then find the tutorial forum
then find the KRSO acc topic
read the tutorial and do what it says
you will be busy for a day or two but its worth it
