because if enough ppl pay, there wont be room on the servers for non paying players or non paying players will be bumped for paying ones, which would make the game basically p2p. If it will take me twice as long as it does now to log in or I pay, then there is no other word for it, its p2p.

Actually if they implement what they are talking about all that would happen is that GT users would have a special server they could log in to grind on. And ultimatly would have no effect on the regular servers at all. As morningdew themself put it. It would more or less be there to assure gold ticket users that they can use their ticket time. The server would basically be there for quest and grind. No PVP or jobbing.

You read what morningdew wrote with a healthy dose of wishful thinking. Reread exactly what they intend to do. There will be no special server. morningdew repeated over and over that preferred login would be an added bonus to the gold ticket. No special server. That special server cr.ap was mentioned by the original poster, but MD made it perfectly clear that is NOT what they were suggesting.

If this was an option, this Premium service would exist with things that are already in existent.

i.e., Silver Ticket, Gold Ticket and Premium Ticket.

I ask only for your opinion on who would like the fact that they would be able to use their Ticket Time without the frustration of logging in.

They cant even keep the present servers from being completely bogged down. If they tried to consolidate every single gold ticket buyer on one single "Premium server" that would be harder to log into than the regular ones. What they are trying to suggest is gold ticket buyers get head of the line preference when logging in.

Logging in at any time of the day would be nice, usually if I get dc'd I'm pretty much out of the game until really late at night especially at weekends and they seem to have made the image verification box time longer to pop up, sometimes it can be minutes holding down the enter key, the sro music even finishes sometimes before it pops up

If they just let GT users in first though would it make that much difference? Almost everyone has a GT anyway.

i'd go back to my first person shooters, my dealings with p2p games aren't the best (the last one that went p2p destroyeed community and service was no good).

I suppose in all honesty it could be interpreted either way. I got mine by context. Yours I would suspect is out of pessimism. Either way it is pointless to argue either point at this point. I will say this though. If there is one thing joymax has been successful at it is opening new servers. And the one thing they generally fail a lot is starting new services.

The opposite is true for me. At level 80, there is nothing to do. With the skills being at level 70 you cant really kill each other in PVP, trade runs have no payoff, etc...

This way JM has a guaranteed source of profit. And by making it p2p, they are obligated to ensure a good gaming community.

While yes there are bots in WoW and other games, and gold bots... They haven't destroyed the game as it has for SRO.

ATM, even though I'm lvl 80 and have been able to upgrade my gears, compared to 80 bots and SoSun weapon users, its no competition.

Last night, our guild went out to help a union member who was being robbed. We had a number of lvl 80s, we had our +7 glaives, spear and blade. Most of us have +4 or +5 gears. You'd think with this crew you'd have a chance. But no, you run into someone who has a SoSun glaive and you do less dmg on him than a blader in armor. And nukes do less dmg on him than on Pure INT in garments. Yes, we got destroyed.

I don't think in other MMO this would happen. Its also why most of my friends don't even PvP anymore, they either just grind hoping for SoSun drops, or they have sold their gears already.

ATM, I have a 3 gap, dual imbue light and fire. After I get my Fire, light and heuksal to 80, I also plan to sell my gears and wait for 80 cap. At the way this cap is going, its impossible to PvP. After I have gotten the SP i need, nothing else left in the game. I'm not willing to do what it takes to be competitive against Heaven, JumpBee or Venezuela, just too much...
