frost nova and nuke stuff

what's so good about the 3rd book of frost nova? from its description it seems to me that it only freezes mobs in the front (a narrow arc i think), whereas the 2nd book freezes mobs all around me.

also, according to mmosite.com, the last lvl of light nuke 3rd book is more powerful than the last lvl of fire nuke 3rd book:

highest dmg possible for light is 859 whereas the highest dmg possible for fire is only 707. is that correct? and the last lvl of 2nd fire nuke is way more powerful than the 3rd???

im kinda confused here...

3rd book frost nova--- effect # is way higher therefore it takes a lot longer for mobs to shake it off, and on a player it takes a bit longer to pill off.

Dmg-wise yes, fire and light book 2 are stronger than book 3 fire, at least at this cap.

Yes, middle book of frost nova is just like black hawk compared to white hawk and blue hawk. What I mean by this is it is almost a totally different skill, you only need frost nova lv 1 to get woods, and only need white hawk lv 1 to get black hawk.
3rd book of fire is taken purely because it can hit 5 targets compared to 3, and looks badass.

In KSRO, they have alot more new nukes, and they re-added flame wave bomb. They USED to have it, but they took it away for some reason.

Yup, it looks just like flame wave arrow. Although that video was lower quality. It looks like a very obese flame wave arrow

It's also the highst hitting fire nuke... I think.
