I did it in another way (safe mode is cool) but there is no INTERNET IN SAFE MODE SO HOW AM I SURPOSSED TO UPDATE THE VERSION OF MY SILKROAD :?
Basically, my silkroad keeps taking a long time to load and then it says the server is under inspection or updates when there isnt and it tells me to go on the site. after i click ok on the message the silkroad launcher appears but there is no writing or the START button. I thought by updating the patch it might work but it isnt i think so...
HOW DO I STOP THIS?

There is plenty of interwebs using "safe mode with networking". Try that option instead of just "safe mode".

Also, safe mode is anything but cool but it is probably the only way you can update your client based on your threads.
