Did a tracert to silkroadonline.net and it stopped at this router

Means that for one reason or another this provider isn't
letting us connect to silkroad.

i hope that silkroad dodnt crashed,if i remeber good,this week on tuesday they didnt backup server data :(

or,we can hope that they are banning bots
