As if they need it.
8 million players+, x 15$ a month = 120 million dollars. x 12 months a year.
1,440,000,000$ A year.
If im correct.
Those are subscribers since the game was launched, not necessarily means who's playing. Although, THAT's a big number too.

True, but even if there were around 4 million players still paying for their accounts, even if they dont pay.

I'm waiting in my cold cell, when the bell begins to chime.
Reflecting on my past life and it doesn't have much time.
'Cause at 5 o'clock they take me to the Gallows pole,
The sands of time for me are running low.
Can it be that there's some sort of error.
Hard to stop the surmounting terror.
Is it really the end, not some crazy dream.

Cash rules everything around me.
CREAM FOO.
Heh in other words, it's all about the money. What's wrong with profit? You guys would be amazed to see the profit the Pebble Beach Company makes on every single thing it sells. Jackets for the AT&T golf tourny, for example, are sold to the company for about $35. They turn around and sell em in the gift shops for OVER $100.
They have this kind of mark-up on EVERYTHING. The Pebble Beach brand is very high end - your white T shirt with a Pebble Beach logo on it is worth more than your white T shirt with a nike or Addidas logo on it.
Lol. CREAM.

Those are currently paying subscribers not since the game was launched. So yes there are 8m+ people paying for wow right now. If it was the subscribers since the game was launched it would probably be well over 13m+.
