i think it should be an eye for and eye. If you kill someone then you are up in front of the line for the death penalty, otherwise, the family should be able to kill that person as like a public hanging, or in the yard, public stoning and so on.

what family will becomes a murderer? the be same thing a murder kill a murder. this idea are real idiotic .we live in 2007 now not 1400.

I see it in the following way.
However bad the deed of the man is, other people have no right to kill them. God gave life to man, and man in in no position to take it away from another man.

Well some could argue that Life in Prison without Parole is more "Cruel and Unusual" punishment than just giving them the death penalty...

if i had a choice between Life in Prison without Parole or Death Penalty i would probably take the death penalty

Life in Prison without Parole just enlongs the enetable (spelling lol)

well from 1976-2005 (2005 when law that u cant give juveniles death penalty) there were 22 juveniles given the death penalty....

All of them were 17...i think that 17 year olds and 18 year olds have the same amount of morally development and should both kno right from wrong fully by then....i mean come on....juveniles should get the death penalty if they deserve it

God killed people to tho....

Side Note: Ok so today we talked about how the death penalty is illegal to give to Mentally Retardation people....but it is not illegal to give the death penalty to Mentally Ill people...

What is the difference and do you think that Mentally Retardation people should be able to get the death penalty
