Hybrid Archers

What's better for a hybrid archer? 1:1 ( equal points distribute will go to 75%: XX%) or 70:70 ? 1:1 will be directly in between and 70 is more int based. I will be using cold because by the time im a high lvl i might get the new cold buff and i want to job and pvm well.
Can someone give me a pricecheck on lvl 10 earrings sosun+3? IS it a good idea to buy sox accessories for farming? does it make a reasonable amount of a difference?

70:70 is better for hybrid bow.

if u have a lot of money or can make a lot, go 70:70 hybrid. without good gear, any hybrid=shit.

if u don't have a lot of money or don't wanna make ur own gear, go pure.
