LVL 90 cap and pure int

whats the deal with lvl 90 cap some one pls explain how it works and is there a way to reset my skill tree's? ty whats more useful for pure int?Spear or Sword/Shield? and what mogic tree's to use currently using fire/lightning is ice better?

the way i c it is, even w/ the new ice skill, pure int will still die, just a little less, then if they take ice instead of fire, their dmg will suck w/o fire imbue & won't be able to kill any pure str

so...

ice/light=survive a little better, but can't kill

light/fire=wont survive that great, but can kill

& pure int is about the dmg, not surviving, though it's nice to also do a lot of dmg & survive

it could work, but ur gonna be missing out of light's mag.attk buffs, which will be more than 16%, & the buff really helps a nuker

so to do a lot of dmg, choose fire/light

u want to keep ur life, choose ice & w/e

& w/ light u can still survive pretty well, just phantoming away every once in a while (phantom will go above 21meters, so it should give u a sec or 2 to pot up while ur opponent catches up w/ u)

Lvl 90 cap means character lvls now go up to lvl 90.. this also means new/better skills and mastery lvls go up to lvl 90.
Do to this cap.. most people choose to go 90/90/90/30 which will max to 300/300 mastery lvl.

ive been hearing all theese things bout 90 cap im cnfused is it just making lvl 90 skills now? people been talking bout wont survive with 4+ masteries? whats that about? not enough sp?

What they are sayying is if you have more than 5 masteries... Your build will be weak cause you should be able to max 3 masteries at lvl 90 and one at lvl 30...

Once your higher lvl... Sp will be no big deal.. You can just farm more SP.

Curst Heart Quest for resusitation potions and a LOT of money... Each skill and mastery lvl you "reset" costs a fortune...

well how does that thing that costs 28 silk in item mall work it resets every masterie? and how much will it cost me? i got 6 masteries although highest one is only 15 and some are 10 and i need to reset 2 that are lvl 10 whats cost for that?
