Glavie Strength Fire Build - Questions about Skills and More

Hello...

I just created my character and decided to make a strength-glavie-fire build as described in this.

Ok, I know that this guide is quite detailed already but when it comes to skills I feel kind of lost. I can't really find out which skills I have to put my skill points on and especially in which order, because if I just put my first 50 points onto a skill which I rarely need and I forgot my main skill because I don't know which one it is then I think that I did something wrong. Also it says

A glaive character has a harder time. He needs to max out his passive, and all the skills with a % over 200. These skills will be his basic attacking skills.

. What are these skill with over 200% there for? Do they passively increase my attack dmg or are they seperate skills that I can use to attack -- and if yes, then how? How do I use skills in the first place? Oh, and btw, I know that I need to put all stats into strength, but right now I have 22 int and 28 str I think. Did I do something wrong already or is 22 the starting value for int?

those skills are the strongest and the only ones you will use. combo's can be nice but not for pvp , pvp = NO COMBOS only stun and ghost spear

For each LV up, we gain 1 point for each STR and INT

During your fire imbue (basically 5 sec), you can use 2 different skills : Soul spear and Ghost Petal are the best... more than 2 attacking skills in a waste of SP, IMHO.

Actually, you earn 5 pts each level, 1 in INT, 1 in STR, and 3 pts you are free to put either in STR or INT ... if you put them all in STR, it makes : STR+4, INT+1... and don't forget that your stats includes the bonuses from blue items
