is that fair?
im now a lv 5 guild leader... just feel unfair about a thing...here is the story:
there is a guy (lets call him G)who was in my guild, but left and established his own guild. We are in same union right now, and we r all frds, but just less contact.
his guild is now lv 4. my guild is not very active since the spring break. the original guildmaster and some members quit the game. So i start to recruite members for my guild. but about 2 weeks ago. one of the guild members asked me to kick him out, coz he wants to help the G's guild to lv up. i thought "well~all frds, its ok" so leted him go. but about one week later, another high lv member of my guild left and joined his.... Then, today, when i back from TV, my got a msg. its from another member of my guild, says hes gonna help G's guild too.
I just feel that's not fair to "steal" frd/union guild's member to help his own guild lv without talking to me. coz i think u have to recruite new members by urself, but not "steal" a frd/union guild's members....
well~ some of u may say that its their rights to chose a guild. but wat i am saying is u know that my guild is short of active members, then why r u still asking my guild member to help u out?!?!
just want to see ur opinion about this... i feel this is not a right way to treat a frd...

Hmm
They all have the same reason for leaving which suggests me to believe he spoke to them and asked them. I'd consider this very sneaky especially from someone who was once in my guild and now resides in my union.
I'd talk to him and ask him why he is asking your members to turn there back and go to him. I'd tell him if he takes anymore then he can simply find another union.

Well the point is what are u doin for ur Guild Members....
Let me explain ...
Im not a guild master.. but sticking to the same guild from the day when i joined the guild... we are lvl 5 toooo...
ATM my GM is on vacation ...... so # of players in te guild are reducin too....
But there were days .. when my GM was there and we were all having a full list of ppl online most of the time.....
REASON -- our GM organises contest between members in the guild... and the winner would get a wolf or 1 Mil and many more ....
I never used to participate ... as im next to the GM and it wuldnt b approproate for me join the contest...
Now v r 19/25 ... earlier v were 25/25
Hoping my GM comes back fast
.....
So i dont mean that u need to giv a wolf or anyting like tat.. the choice is urs.. and ur te best judge for ur Guild ...

I know the feeling. But you can't control the decisions that others make, you can only make adjustments once those choices have been made.
Yes, it's not really fair for another guild in your union to pull from your active players though. The GM should have approached you first to ask. If the players decide they want to leave on their own accord, that's a different issue.
Time to recruit, recruit and recruit all you can if you want to make things work! Good luck.
